The FAEMA E91 Ambassador A2 commercial espresso machine is a 2-group, fully automatic commercial espresso machine. On the FAEMA E91 Ambassador A2 commercial espresso machine, in addition to being able to program espresso shot sizes, you can also program water dosages for the hot water wand. The FAEMA E91 Ambassador commercial espresso machine comes with two steam wands. Note that unlike the other FAEMA commercial espresso machines, the FAEMA Ambassador commercial espresso machines come in Black (see pictures).

The FAEMA E91 Ambassador A2 commercial espresso machines feature the special patented adjustable thermal balancing system. The thermal balancing system allows you to set the temperature in each group head independently. This allows you to do extractions at different temperatures for specialty coffee blends so as to optimize the temperature to the blend.

A feature that is available with the FAEMA E91 Ambassador commercial espresso machines is the specially patented "Auto Steam" feature. The Auto Steam feature uses a special microprocessor and sensors within the tip of the steam wand to froth or steam the milk in a frothing pitcher automatically and perfectly.
